MONTHLY RATES do not include utilities, which are billed on a combined monthly statement (you do not need to hook up service in your name). All hotels, motels, and other short-term housing in North Carolina are required to add a 13.5% occupancy tax. However, the tax is not required if you stay at least 90 days.
Below fees DO NOT APPLY to MONTHLY rates, but are added to the NIGHTLY rates listed above.
