Q: How many people will your condos accomodate?
A: This is a question only you can answer! We ask that no more than 2 people reserve a 1-bedroom unit. Our 2-bedroom condos can accomodate up to 5 people, but be aware that the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. However, two of our 2-bedroom units have a bunk bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom, so that room will sleep three people instead of two. One of the other two-bedroom units has a pull-out couch in the living room. These latter units are not always available, so if you have more than 2 people sharing a queen bed and two people each sleeping in a twin bed, contact us to see if they are available.
Q: Are your condos within walking distance of the U.N.C. campus?
A: Yes, they are about a 15 minute walk to Franklin Street and North Campus. There is also a bus stop right outside, where you can catch a FREE bus to the UNC campus, UNC medical facilities, University Mall, or any other location in Chapel Hill. Inexpensive inter-city busses are also available if you wish to visit nearby Durham or Raleigh.
Q: What appliances are included?
A: All apartments have full size appliances: stove, coffee maker, refrigerator, washer, dryer, microwave, and dishwasher.
Q: What other items are supplied?
A: Each condo is supplied with an iron, ironing board, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, silverware, and hairdryer. We also supply bed linens, towels, and washcloths. Please don't hesitate to call us if anything is missing. Our daily rates also include soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet tissue. Each condo receives Dish Network satellite TV service with numerous channels.
Q: What is your pet policy?
A: We allow pets for well-behaved, quiet, and flea-free pets. We approve pets on an individual basis.
Q: What are your checkin/checkout times?
A: Checkin on or after 3 PM, checkout by 11 AM. We can sometimes accomodate earlier or later times, but you must request in advance.
