For stays of 2 months or greater, you will qualify for a greatly reduced rent . Utilities stay in our name and we will bill you for the costs below. However, we offer a flat rate for utilities of $150/month, and this works out to be less than paying each utility.
There is an initial application fee of $45.
Water/Sewer flat rate of $50/month
Satellite TV service $50/month
Electricity: meter readings (pro-rated if less than a month) + 10% *
Natural Gas: meter readings (pro-rated if less than a month) + 10% *
Wi-Fi: $50/month
Town and county fees: $15/month
* Electric and gas usage are strictly dependent on your energy conservation techniques, how much laundry you do, how long your showers are, etc. Since the apartment is air conditioned in the summer and uses gas heat in the winter, for most people the combined electric and gas bill will be around $50-$60 during the milder temperatures of spring and fall, but could go up to $100-$110 during the hottest and coldest months of summer and winter. The actual usage may be higher or lower, but this is a rough estimate. For unit #1 (one-bedroom unit), the 10% surcharge is waived.
